As we get to the end of 2024, here are my current projects and what I’m focused on for the rest of the year:

  • jits.dev (this website) — a place to share my thoughts, learnings and expertise, and possibly some highly specific courses in the future.
    • 🔧 Built using Astro Starlight, hosted on Cloudflare.
  • jits.me — my personal website, with my profile and experience.
    • 🔧 Built using Astro, hosted on Cloudflare.
  • Patterns.codes — an ever-growing knowledge base of concise and simple patterns, code snippets, recipes, tips, tricks, and gotchas for various technologies and frameworks. I’m hoping to make this a go-to resource for developers, over time.
    • 🔧 Built using Astro Starlight, hosted on Cloudflare.
  • Releases.news — a place to keep up to date with releases from popular web development languages, libraries and frameworks.
    • 🔧 Built using Astro Starlight, hosted on Cloudflare.
  • FullStacksDev — where I help developers level up their skills by learning to build full-stack web apps end-to-end, with curated tech stacks that I’ve lovingly put together. Taking you from 0 to 100 with base templates, example apps and in-depth patterns. Focused on solo devs and very small teams. First tech stack: Angular and Firebase, with more planned.
    • 🔧 Website built using Nuxt and Nuxt Content, hosted on Cloudflare.
  • TidyBrains Mentoring — where I provide highly personalised 1:1 mentoring, coaching and technical training for software developers.
    • 🔧 Website built using Astro, hosted on Cloudflare.
  • TidyBrains Training — where I provide live technical training to upskill teams, expertly combining theory and practice, for specific technologies and frameworks.
    • 🔧 Website built using Astro, hosted on Cloudflare.
  • TidyBudget (coming soon) — a simple app that implements a system of budgeting that I’ve used over the last two decades to help me keep on top of my finances.
